The hotel rooms were clean, although they had not been vacuumed for a few pet stays. Despite being a bit tight on space, the rooms were perfect for my stay. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff who were amazing during check-in and check-out. The location was excellent, especially for enjoying the festivities at River Landing and the nearby Remai Modern art gallery. The dining options were a little minimalist, but the facilities were great overall.

The hotel's rooms were nice, clean, but a bit on the tight side for space, especially for two people with luggage. The service was exceptional, from the helpful and friendly check-in staff to the diligent cleaning team. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the river and offering a great view. While the dining options were a bit minimalist, the Welsh pastries were a nice touch. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay with some minor room size issues.
