The hotel rooms were clean, although they had not been vacuumed for a few pet stays. Despite being a bit tight on space, the rooms were perfect for my stay. The service was fantastic, with friendly staff who were amazing during check-in and check-out. The location was excellent, especially for enjoying the festivities at River Landing and the nearby Remai Modern art gallery. The dining options were a little minimalist, but the facilities were great overall.
